Fire Guardian Doors & Timber Solid Core Particle Doors have an internal timber perimeter finger joint pine or
hardwood frame. The frame surrounds a medium density particleboard core infill with your choice between MDF, Duraboard or a plywood face that comes in a variety of thicknesses, beautiful paint finishing and/ or with any choice of our selected grade timber veneers for a stunning clear finish.
The nominated 37mm door thickness is a nominal thickness only and is subject to the door face sheets selected at purchase.

Solid Core Particleboard Doors provide a level of acoustic resistance with the use of select acoustic seal
combinations. They are popular within the Residential/ Commercial building industry, where durability and strength are a requirement. They are perfect for internal use (MDF) and externally (Duraboard/PLY) within well covered
environments, with the option to create openings for daylight and vents.
Optional Extras- Optional aluminium viewing panels & grills can be supplied separately from our aluminium systems.
